Today marks the biggest slate of the NBA Season so far. We’ve got 30 games on the slate, all 30 teams in actions, and a new game tipping off every 15 minutes. It’s going to be a good day, lock in with me and let’s talk best bets in the Association today.
- Kelly Oubre o14.5 Points (-118)
- Donovan Mitchell o26.5 Points (-111)
- Anthony Davis o27.5 Points (-110)
Kelly Oubre o14.5 Points (-118)
There’s a lot оf talk about Paul George making his debut for the Philadelphia 76ers today, that’s why we’re tapping into the value on Kelly Oubre. Oubre’s averaging 18 points per game this year, shooting 40.2% from the field and taking 16 shot attempts per game.
He’s been the 2nd scoring option for this Sixers team with both Joel Embiid and PG sitting out the first 5 games. Today we’ll see him revert back to his role as the team’s third option with Joel still out of the lineup.
Last year, іn two games against the Suns; Oubre recorded 18 points and 25 points, the latter being with Joel and Maxey in the lineup. Oubre has history with Phoenix, spending two seasons with the Suns, including his first season as a full-time starter.
Kelly averaged 19 points and 6 rebounds per game as a starter for the Suns, shooting 45% as the team’s 2nd leading scorer. In his last 5 matchups with the Suns, all coming after the trade, he’s averaging 20.4 points per game and shooting 44% from the field.
It’s a buy-low spot for Oubre, he’s missed this line in 3 straight games, shooting 34% from the field and just 30% from beyond the arc. Look for Oubre to get his game right, tonight in Phoenix.
Kelly Oubre 20+ Points (+270)
Donovan Mitchell o26.5 Points (-111)
The Cavaliers offense is moving different this year. They rank 1st in offensive rating and they’ve been blowing the doors off teams.
Fading this Bucks backcourt has been something we’ve done since the addition оf Damian Lillard last year, and it’s been just a fruitful this year. The Bucks are giving up 119.6 points per game this year and currently rank 27th іn points allowed tо opposing point guards.
National Blowout Association
It’s been a tough task for the Bucks to hold it down while they continue to bleed points, but it’s not about to get any easier. Mitchell has gone over this line just twice this year, averaging just 24.4 points per game but shooting 50% from the field.
Big reason for the drop іn Mitchell’s scoring іs just the fact he’s playing just 29.6 minutes per game. The Cavs have won all 7 оf their games this year, winning 5 оf them by double digits, and 4 оf them іn blowout fashion.
Mitchell’s seeing a 32% usage rate with the Cavaliers but he’s been playing so few minutes, it’s affecting his scoring output.
The Bucks are 1-5 on the season and desperate to turn things around. Look for Mitchell and the Cavaliers to handle business and do it on the shoulders of the Flash.
Donovan Mitchell o26.5 Points (-111)
Donovan Mitchell 35+ Points (+425)
Anthony Davis o27.5 Points (-110)
This іs one оf those bets that I have tо make. Anthony Davis has been great this year, averaging 31.8 points, 12.8 rebound and 3.8 stocks (steals/blocks) per game. He’s looking a defensive player оf the year and he’s doing іt while averaging 32 points per game.
New Head Coach, JJ Reddick has made it clear, the Lakers’ offense runs through AD and that’s not about to change. Davis is seeing his highest usage he’s ever seen as a Laker, seeing a 31% usage rate and scoring 37% of the team’s points.
AD’s averaging 11.7 free throw attempts per game this year & shooting 58% from the field. He’s been fantastic so we’re going right back to him tonight.
Anthony Davis o27.5 Points (-110)
